Surely it evident that Bruce is playing a Game of Silly Buggers. It is
deeply ingrained within in the Monty Python shtick, itself.

The Pierre Salinger variety of the HL&S is a merit award. I think it
would be inconsistent for Bruce's name to be on the ballot for that at
the same time that his name is on the ballot for several kook awards.

I'll defer on seconding the Bob Allisat award nomination to see if any
of the heavy hitters wish to weigh in.
