Default Cannibalism in outer space allowed?

Just in case there is an emergency, are astronauts allowed to eat the flesh
of other astronauts to survive?

Interesting.

I guess it depends on who dies first, if anyone. Generally the rule would
have to be that you can't eat them till they are dead!
Could you eat parts of yourself that you don't need? Like legs?
