Default Book query - "Making Space Happen"

/Making Space Happen: Private Space Ventures and the Visionaries
Behind Them/

by Paula Berinstein (& Fiorella Terenzi, according to Amazon, but I
don't see her mentioned elsewhere), 2002.

I ran across this book on Amazon -
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg.../-/0966674839/ has the
details, for them as is interested.

It struck me as potentially quite interesting, but I can't find much of
a mention of it in sci.space.*; has anyone a copy they'd like to comment
on?

"Making Space Happen is a series of profiles of a number of people either
involved with running entrepreneurial space companies or otherwise involved
with promoting space commercialization...."
