Default Payload Bat doors?

How long can the shuttle fly with doors closed? If this morning was three
orbits doors closed that seems to about 4.5 hours.

It's all dependant on the amount of water that's on board. Once the
doors are closed they use a cooling system called the Flash Evaporative
System. I think it boils the water off for cooling.
