Default Canon 350D vs 20D

Anyone looked at the 350D? I've been planning on purchasing the 20D,
modified by Hutech, when I noticed that now they offer a modified 350D
which has specs much closer to the 20D. I'm wondering if anyone has
done a comparison of these to better understand the trade-offs. I
suspect the 350D will do all I need, but....

TIA,

roland
