Form availability - a simple alt az plotting chart

I became interested in mapping light pollution at my various observing
sites. Not finding a simple alt-azimuth plotting chart on the web, I
threw one together in Powerpoint. A jpg, which prints off well using
MS-Windows, and the original powerpoint file can be downloaded from:
