Robertson, et al._ 357F. 3d 1072 (9th Cir. 2004).

AOL effectively got nailed for failing to censor--so to
speak. The issue is that they should have known of the
copyright infringement, and that by their inaction, it
continued unabated. At least until the filing of the
lawsuit, that is.
