Default Of sunspots and Tiger's Milk

I was out hiking today in the southern Calif desert. Was a beautiful
day and it was great to be out after all the recent rains. Already
some wildflowers blooming and water flowing in normally dry creeks.
Walking in the sun and remembering there was a large naked eye sunspot
i was wishing i had a way to look at the sun. Then, while eating my
Tiger's Milk bar, i noticed the foil wrapper. I remember reading about
using Pop Tart wrappers as a solar filter and the Tiger's Milk wrapper
is similar. I realize this isn't an "approved" method of looking at
the sun but i did take a few short peeks through the foil. Sure
enough, there was the sunspot! It really was a great day.

Safer would have been a projection through a pinhole in the foil
onto your palm or he ground or your clothing.
