Mars is covered in red dust the dust is iron oxide how thick how thick
is the dust. That is a good question. Is the small amount of Iron in the asteroid belt only what is left after what rained down on Mars. Underneath that who knows. Out side of the atmosphere there is more solar radiation available, 24 hours a day. The amount is enough to almost offset the difference available because of distance (ie Mars to the Sun compared to Earth to Sun). Petersen http://www.angelfire.com/space/where...-be/index.html Make mine one ham sandwich on high fiber bread hold the uranium *-----------------------* Posted at: www.GroupSrv.com *-----------------------* |
