Default Velcro and fire-proof pajamas?

"Starlord" wrote in message ...
Wasn't in a ST Movie, it was in the latest ST t.v. show Enterprise. Ya,
Enterprise is what's playing now, it started after ST:VOY came to an end and
this one is suppost to be in the Early days of Star Fleet, the NX-01
Enterprise, first Warp 5 Starship in the fleet.

Ofcouse, I would rather think it came from the Vorlons.

Ah, yes, from BABYLON 5. An acquaintance who used to attend the Amiga users'
group meetings that I frequently hosted 18-13 years ago was the guy who
developed LightWave which was used for all the spaceships and special effects
in B5. The guy's name was Alan Hastings who was a graphic artist at Lockheed
Missiles and Space Co. (now Lockheed-Martin) at that time; he later joined
New-Tek (in Kansas) which marketed LightWave.

The funny thing about VELCRO is that it was developed after observing what
Mother Nature conjured-up 1000s of years ago! :-)

Say it ain't so! I thought Dennis Rodman brought it with him.

"Not much of a disguise."

Whoosh! That went right over my head; I hadn't a clue who Dennis Rodman

was
until I just now Googled with "who is Dennis Rodman" -- seems he's a

basketball
player or sumtin' who sports unconventional hair styles (pictures of which

can
be found at his home page located by Google).

Will he be playing for Earth or Mars in the Solar System Playoffs?

It was a line at the end of the Men in Black movie. They made a comment that
Dennis is from another planet (can't recall the name) and the reply was,
"not much of a disguise.

There's more "unconventional" to Dennis than just his hair!
