There's been some reference in the press to the added accident material,
called the 'Deal Report'. Has it been posted or distributed to the public yet? |

Has it been posted or distributed to the public yet? according to space.com, it'll be included in one of the supplemental volumes. http://www.space.com/missionlaunches...al_030828.html Since Deal's work isn't cited in the main report (Vol I), and that's the critera for inclusion in Vols II & III, I would imagine that it'll be included in "Volume V -- Appendix G Other Significant Documents". Volume IV is for other Technical documents -- and Deal's document sounds like it's more organizational than technical. -- Reed |
