Future Space War

Talking about it, planning for the future, yes, but if it's actually
happening, that's news to me. And stuff like that isn't supposed to
be news to me.

weapons into space? *Nuclear* weapons in space would violate at least
one treaty, ditto military installations on celestial bodies, but
satellites, space stations, or space ships armed with conventional
weapons violate no treaty I know of and I suspect none you can cite.

Yes, and the sooner the better. It's not like the human race is going
to give up on the use of weapons any time soon, and in the meantime outer
space has a *much* lower density of innocent bystanders than the surface
of the Earth. Shifting military operations from Earth to outer space,
that would be a *good* thing.
