But as Will Rogers pointed out, Democrats don't actually belong to an organized
political party. Watch Lieberman go split the vote in November. Brilliant...

What's interesting about that concept is exactly _who_ Lieberman would
split the votes for.
Moderate Democrats, or moderate Republicans?
Given the political demographics of Connecticut, this is a very
interesting thought.

Unfortunately probably true.

I know at least one Nutmegger from my home state who registered just to vote
in the primary.

Against Lieberman.

I'm really surprised he did as well as he did in the primary.

....The bimbo who slapped the Capitol security guard apparently had the
same problem. They reportedly had about 15% more voter turnout due to
people voting for the first time in years in some cases just to make
sure she didn't get reelected.

On or about Fri, 11 Aug 2006 04:08:56 -0500, OM made the sensational claim that:
...The bimbo who slapped the Capitol security guard apparently had the
same problem.

Bimbo? I didn't know middle aged black women qualified for that appellation.
But then I bet you didn't think they qualified for congress either.

....To be honest, regardless of race, creed, color or sex, the word I
*wanted* to use that would have been more accurate would have ****ed
Our Lady Mary off to no end, so I chose less-accurate descriptor. But
yeah, she's a bimbo at best. Just watch any of her rants against the
Capitol guards after that guard slapping incident where she was
clearly in the wrong.

I find it quite amusing that half the Democrats voted for the pro-Bush
candidate.

I'm from Connecticut, and I don't think that Lieberman did such a bad
job. He lost because his challenger was a billionaire add had lots of
money to throw into the canpaine. The TV adds were real slick, and they
started in May, when nobody was even thinking of a primary.

Yup. One of many reasons why this will be a disaster for the Dems.
