Default Challenging Yourself

My advice?

Stop doing it.

You don't need to be challenging yourself right now.
What you need to be doing is gently, very gently, Let your self do things.
Allow your self to notice your self.
Take notice of your self without being challenging, without judging.

This is the first step, the very first step to becoming an explorer.
When noticing your self, begin with the very basics -- breathing for
starters.
Don't challenge yourself by forcing yourself to breathe deeply.
Just Notice your self breathing normally.
If you want, Let your self breathe more deeply.
Allow your self to breathe out every breath completely.
If your mind wanders, don't force it back, just gently urge it back to focus
again on your self, on your breathing.

Gently begin to Allow yourself to explore your self.

And Enjoy your self !

Silouen

PS: It's really OK to enjoy yourself -- you don't have to be a child to
enjoy yourself, do you?
So go ahead -- Let yourself enjoy your self !

Ah, this reminds me of a line to a play or picture I saw a long time ago:

"I tried to breathe Sir, but the Worms in my lungs wouldn't let me!"
Eosinophhilic Meningitis can be a bit of a downer, I guess..

Okay, so you're not challenging yourself.
And you're enjoying yourself and exploring yourself and all that stuff.
What's next?
I said that this is the first step to becoming an explorer.
So how can you enjoy yourself by becoming an explorer?

Now you must only learn how to be fearless.
How will you do this?

Silouen

PS: Here's a hint: Don't be afraid.

Please Sil the auk boys have been publicly net fun exploring and
playing with themselves since we can remember so please don't encourage
them, sheese. At least Officer Bert has reported playing and exploring
himself with his blow-up Britney doll in private, that's xxx enough.
Horny John is the new coffee boy clueless one in town and quickly he too
wound up in the Captain's stow file. The cross posting auk circle jerky
boys in there at least now have each other to keep themselves
entertained while the profound Earth Science Team Officers prepare for
your illustrious hopeful Sean Race arrival. Down here on Earth there is
a difference in auk mindless jerking off in public and profoundly and
fearlessly being prepared to go where no Earthman has gone before,
besides Ollie. The coffee boys are always bunny rabbit afraid for they
wouldn't be coffee boys if they weren't.

Please tell Capt. Fruit that I am not a coffee boy, nor am I a kook that

So you admit you don't think you are an alien and know you
really aren't but have a need to let everyone know it, hmmmmm,
interesting. Ok, you may not originate from auk group clueless ones but
you sure act like one so in you go to the Captain's stow file enjoy your
stay. Coffee boys setting the record straight leave Horny John alone
because he claims he is not one of you and is purportedly not an alien.
Please don't play with him for he is very serious about having everyone
know he is not an alien subject. And one more thing Horny John Sil isn't
an alien either because she was born here, so there! Get a clue already.
