Default Ouestion on the new CPC 8 by Celestron/backlash

Hello, I have a Celestron NexStar 8i, and have been pretty much pleased with
it. Certainly worth the money I paid for it. Only complaint I have is
backlash. This makes it difficult to do imaging sometimes. Its possible,
but its just a pain sometimes. My question is, does the new CPC series,
specifically the 8 inch, have a drive where you don't have to worry about
backlash? Is the tracking suppose to be superior to the 8i? I would love
to have a scope w/o backlash and I hope the CPC would be it. Thanks!

Backlash bad.
I need new scope, too.

You might have more luck getting answers to such practical questions
on sci.astro.amateur. What little 'signal' that can be gleaned from
the 'noise' around here is mostly theoretical or general.
