Melissa Mathews Headquarters, Washington 202/358-1272 Kyle Herring Johnson Space Center, Houston 281/483-5111 Report #J05-016 NASA TO DISCUSS SHUTTLE RETURN TO FLIGHT STATUS NASA's Space Shuttle Program managers will provide the status of preparations for the Shuttle's Return to Flight in a telephone news conference at 3:30 p.m. EDT Wednesday, April 20. Media who want to participate should contact NASA's Johnson Space Center Newsroom at 281/483-5111 no later than 2 p.m. EDT Wednesday. Providing a status of Return to Flight launch and mission preparations will be: -- Bill Parsons, manager, Space Shuttle Program -- Wayne Hale, deputy manager, Space Shuttle Program The news conference may be monitored, without the ability to ask questions, by calling a phone bank at 321/867-1220 or -1240.
