NASA PDF's Apollo 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Final Flight Evaluation Reports including anomalies

NASA has just placed the following Apollo Final Flight Evaluation PDF
Reports for Apollo 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 on its NTRS Report server.

These reports list in flight anomalies and have line diagrams of some
problem hardware for each mission.

Flight anomalies such as the Apollo 5 descent engine propellant valve
anomaly, the Apollo 6 LM SLA partial failure, the Apollo 7 water gun
malfunction and window fogging, the Apollo 8 SPS engine pressure
drop during first firing and CM steel cable recovery loop
partial failure during post landing hoist, the Apollo 9 LM shedding
foil during engine firing and the LM forward hatch door stop not
working, the Apollo 10 CM forward hatch thermal coating flaking off
and blocking docking tunnel vents, are reported.
