Default Undisclosed BUSH/NASA AGENDA: Bush/Halliburton Want the Oil on Mars

So if coal deposits appear on Mars, we won't necessarily go there in the next 25
years. We need to develop clean coal technology first. THen there is that coal
fired return vehicle.
