Default Is "Deal Report" add to CAIB Available?

There's been some reference in the press to the added accident material,
called the 'Deal Report'. Has it been posted or distributed to the public
yet?

according to space.com, it'll be included in one of the supplemental
volumes.

Since Deal's work isn't cited in the main report (Vol I), and that's the
critera for inclusion in Vols II & III, I would imagine that it'll be
included in "Volume V -- Appendix G Other Significant Documents".

Volume IV is for other Technical documents -- and Deal's document sounds
like it's more organizational than technical.
