Default ISS caught in a few frames

Fired with enthusiasm after seeing more superb ISS images, I had a go myself
last night. I used my Toucam at 1/1000sec and fitted a focal reducer on the
VC200L to give myself a fighting chance. By aiming the telescope manually
and trying to keep the ISS in the cross hairs of the finderscope, I managed
to get it in 30 out of over 1000 frames, 6 of which were actually reasonably
sharp! You can see my meagre efforts here, but I am pleased for a first
attempt. Quite frankly I was surprised to get anything at all :-)

Nice one Robin.

Quite difficult to do that successfully!

Thanks chaps, beginners luck probably!

John Locker has given me some tips so I can't wait to have another go. I
have been clouded out here since though :-( I have also received a sun
transit path from http://iss-transit.sourceforge.net which is not too far
from here so I might have a go at that too if it is clear. This could get
adictive ;-)
