Default eBay - scam? money laundering?

Check this out, while you can:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tegory=28 181

....this looks suspiciously like the same user who had multiple listings
for Prontos, etc., earlier in the week, was pulled yesterday then re-listed
them last night.

This morning, last night's shenanigan listings were pulled, and now *this*
shows up (same 'Andorra, Andorra' location as the others).

Anyone know (1) who this idiot is, (2) why eBay lets him get back in so
quickly (reposting stuff under a different i.d. within MINUTES? c'mon, eBay...
filter their IP's or CC#'s, or at LEAST red flag these multiple auctions with
private ID's, 'approved bidders only' demands, etc. etc.

Ebay doesn't care if you lose all your money to fraud. That's why they never
publish the actual figures they have for the amount of fraud that goes on.

If eBay took some precautions and dumped some of these offenders and
potential offenders, they would be taking about as much heat as Astromart is
taking from us. To some of the people who believe that Herb is
unreasonable, keep in mind that the same kind of element could find a
comfortable home at Astromart. I could buy and sell on Astromart with a
level of confidence that is way beyond eBay. I agree that eBay could care
less about the security of its bidders/sellers...they are interested only in
volume and they will not be seeing me for a while.
