Sky & Telescope requires that to have permission to reprint it, it must
appear in its unaltered and original form. This includes the
advertisements that come with it. Now, in an effort to comply with that
rule and to correctly claim that it is "used by permission," I am now
running it in a forum situation with those ads intact. If it is to legally
appear in this newsgroup, the way I now understand things, those ads would
have to appear as part of the copy in this newsgroup situation. I don't
believe that commercialism is called for here.

It could be put here without those ads as VicXnews just did, and that would
more than likely go unchecked by the publisher, but I choose to comply with
the wishes of those responsible for its creation.
