Default Tips for mounting a GLP

Hi all

If like me you have trouble looking through the finder scope that comes
with the LX90, AND a star wars fan, then a nice powerful GLP is the tool
for you!

They are quite cheap now, but mounting can be a problem. I didn't fancy
sticking mine on with an adhesive pad, so I cut a length of PVC pipe,
filled it with polystyrene and hollowed out the middle core so the GPL
was a nice tight fit. Then I just mounted it in the finder scope
mounting rings.

Works great!

Just curious: how do you turn it on and off given it's embedded within
polystyrene inside the PVC pipe? Are you using a modified end cap with
a remote switch?

Yes I am. It's one I got from Scoptronix.
