Painius, reposting one of the VS'ers, thus-
I don't understand the question... Consider the windmill sail. What tells one "bit" of wind to hit the sail structure, and another "bit" to keep on moving through the sail? You're wastin' yer time and breath on this dude. He is not one whit interested in *understanding* the FS model, only in endlessly nitpicking DMP. If he were interested in understanding it, he need go no further than right here - http://www.river.org/~jerry/grav1.htm Jerry Shifman is one of those several people mentioned many times, who have independantly deduced the *same* FS model. Shifman gives the most 'layman friendly' and concise rendition, as well as explaining gravity-acceleration equivalence, plus explaining inertia and conservation of momentum. The only caveat, as said before, he uses the archaic 'E' word for the spatial medium. Plus, he speculatively sees the pressurization of space as "running down" and associates it with the redshift. These peripheral issues aside, he perfectly elucidates the rudimentary `core mechanism` of Flowing-Space Gravity. However, your respondant has no objective interest in this stuff. As an inveterate VS'er and stalwart Defender of the Faith, his interest is solely in debunking all heresies. :-) |
