Hell, you don't even have to read the globaloney to know what the
consensus will be.

The global warming campaign is the last gasp of the thoroughly
discredited system of socialism. Follow the path down which the Al
Gores and Mikhail Gorbachev's want to lead us and you will find
yourself in a world ruled by a Marxist United Nations.

Classic usenet science from an up and coming demagogue.

What is it, white supremacist, neo-nazi, survivalist, or just plain
vanilla dumb redneck American hillbilly with an internet connection?

What did I forget, valley girl worried about your trust fund?

Ah yes, the dread UN.
The guys with all the troops in blue helmets who if you shoot at them,
well reply with a strongly-worded resolution of some sort, and if that
fails...well, then they'll bleed on you or something. :-D

It has nothing to do with science, kunT.

"...by an international collaboration of scientists and government
agencies."

We ALL know what that means, kunT.

We all know what the "consensus" will be.

Also, we all know it's socialist globaloney.

No, the next step is a severe frowning. The danger of the UN lies not
in what it has the power to do, but in what has the power to prevent.

Well, if you want some sobering data, look carefully at the
charts in fig 1-4 and 1-5

"These data should frighten you. All of civilization developed during
the last interglacial, and the data show that such interglacials
are very brief. Our time looks about up."

brief introduction to the history of climate
http://muller.lbl.gov/pages/IceAgeBo...f_climate.html

I'm not so sure our time is up, I think the explosion of
life during this last interglacial may make it's
own weather. But the long term trend is clear
that the climate follows a boom and bust cycle.
Where the climate dramatically warms for a
short time followed by a long ice age.

So, you're saying that, instead of global warming, we should be
worried about new glacier advances? How does Kyoto address that?
