Plesetsk launch (?) on videotape presented as "UFO"

From SeeSat-List Jan-07 :

Video of rocket/missile launch in RussiaVideo of rocket/missile launch in
Russia

From: Greg Williams ) Date: Sun Jan 14 2007 - 17:35:25
EST

http://myparanormallife.blogspot.com...er-russia.html

Claims of a "UFO" but responses on the comments field indicate it was a
missile or rocket launch gone awry. Toward the last of the video you see a
spiral effect as it apparently lost its guidance system during a stage
transition.

I guess that makes it an IFO now, Jim, well done. UFO indentified.

I suppose the whole life in space thing is off now, eh?

Correct the UFO and Seti group many times make an observed sky
watch event mountain out of a mole hill, however evidence is evidence.
Our net Darla Sean reported advanced extraterrestrial life forms have
advised while some human Earth based sightings have been authentic most
may be of galactic outlaw Gray origin or are just vivid human
imaginations gone wild. The reported net Sean Race has informed when
they decide it is time for Official Contact they will let the Science
Team Officers know not hide behind so called Russian test rocket/missle
sites or events.

To date the net Seans advised observing radio silence until official
permission is granted for advanced very public Earth landing.

that is all,

Any way to track down the date the video was taken?
It sure does look like a upper stage going out of control after separation.
Assuming it is from Tomsk, wouldn't Baikonur or Sary-Shagan be a more
likely launch site?

Interesting how, near the very end of the clip, the camera captures a
nearly perfict spiral, indicating possibly that the camera was looking
near head-on to the velocity vector of the object.

I think it was more likely tail-on.

The UFO phenomenon consists largely of

[1] Deliberate disinformation originating from military.

[2] Hoaxes orginating from pranksters, profiteers and the mentally
disturbed.

[3] Misinterpreted natural phenomenon.

Ask yourself how is it possible to hide a stomping elephant in a living
room? One merely need bring 10 more elephants into the room and hide
the original elephant in plain sight. In terms of the UFO phenomenon,
this means that most

[4] "off-the-shelf" UFO videos

[5] popular UFO researchers

[6] large UFO institutions

are part of the deception or have been consumed by it. They are here to
deceive you, and they are succeeding.

The intelligent few able to sift through the vast layers of
disinformation, confusion and obfuscation should be able to see the
blatantly obvious...

Wait a second... remember the Dnepr rocket that crashed in Kazakastan?
That launched at night and suffered a failure at the end of first stage
burn:
http://eng.gazeta.kz/art.asp?aid=78496
"The launch of the RS-20 rocket with a group of satellites on board by
the carrier rocket 'Dnepr' took place July 27 at 1.43 AM from 'Baikonur'
cosmodrome. The rocket crashed in the 73 second of the flight. 'At the
concluding stage of the first stage there were malfunctions in the
traction vector with a corresponding change in the rocket flight
orientation, which having exceeded the maximum permissible level caused
a stoppage of the engine and an interruption of the flight. After that
the rocket with spacecrafts on board fell in an unpopulated area of the
Republic of Kazakhstan, forming a big-size crater,' - 'Roskosmos' told
Kazakhstan Today."

Of course, but you'd still be "looking up the velocity vector," so to
speak; just that the booster is moving butt-first along its direction
of motion.
