Hi,
I've made a couple of posts to sci.space.moderated over the last week and none of them have ever shown up in the group. Is it running completely on auto with a whitelist. It's been a long time since I had previously posted there and I think I was using a different e-mail address then. TIA, -- David Ball |

It has multiple, real live moderators, in addition to the automatic software. I'm sorta on the moderation team (I'm getting email status stuff but am not actively doing anything for that group at this time). Several other moderators are active and doing stuff, including adding people to the whitelist. I don't see any stuff from you in the status mails from this week. I only went back a few days, though... when was the last posting you made? Possible that there's a problem at your ISP / news provider. -george william herbert |

I've had a couple of posts I've gotten emails back complaining about not enough new material, but it claimed it was going to permit them anyway, but never saw them. (It also did not mention what percentage of new material was required, which is a bit annoying.) I don't see any stuff from you in the status mails from this week. On Sat, 13 Dec 2003 14:13:06 GMT, in a place far, far away, "Greg D.
Moore \(Strider\)" made the phosphor on my monitor glow in such a way as to indicate that: I've had a couple of posts I've gotten emails back complaining about not enough new material, but it claimed it was going to permit them anyway, but never saw them. (It also did not mention what percentage of new material was required, which is a bit annoying.) Yes, I've gotten some as well. I think the system needs tweaking (perhaps only do it for posts over a certain size, rather than just looking at ratios). |
