Default Image of earth from a far ?

Can anyone help ? I recently saw an image of earth as a speck of dust in a
solar flare from a Nasa space craft . The image was essentially a line of
light and within that a spot of light. I would love to down load this image
as it shows just how tiny we are . I have no idea of it's origins but
imagine it's a famous image any one any help.

I think you might be thinking of the one where voyager was turned round to
point at the solar system it was leaving and took an image, the earth was
shown to be a blue dot

This is not the image you're thinking about, John but I found this
comparative imagery on the French forum at Astrosurf. It is
self-explanatory.

That is a stunning presentation and great to give the kids an idea of scale!

wife's head at a different angle for the day. Amazing.

This links to several images, the first of which is the same as the
one above.
