Default Power Source for Thousand Oaks Telrad Heater?

As I'm dissatisfied with the effectiveness of my Telrad+ dew shield, I'm
interested in this particular option. What I can't figure out, though, is
its power source.

Does it hook into the Telrad's battery, or something else?

Thanks.
