Is it possible to move a particle without applying a force on it?

Well, if you really mean 'Is it possible to change the state of motion
without an imbalanced force being applied', the answer is ...maybe. One
good example is how virtual particles can perturb the state of motion of
real particles. Now, a virtual particle is a character that pops into
existence and then very quickly disappears once again into the ether. But
while it is here it acts just like a real particle whose energy is
permanent. What you have here is a good example of imaginary energy being
able to perform real work. The long and the short of it is that you will
observe a particle moving around with no detectable mechanism.

Quot from above

''Now, a virtual particle is a character that pops into

But .....""

end of quote

it could be funny (:-)
if it was not sad !!! (:-( )

sad to se how far physics stupidity and cheating can go !!

Default motion without force

Greysky Once in motion always in motion. Big bang created lots of macro
motion. The universe is a structure in constant motion. Motion shows its
energy. Energy can be transformed into matter particles, such as quarks
and electrons. Virtual particles are particles that erupt out
of(from) the vacuum of space. They are said to be borrowing the energy
there. The uncertainty principle comes into play in this micro Planck
spacetime. They rapidly are annihilated giving back the energy they
took from the ether. Someday the superstring theory will be shown to be
reality when it shows how virtual particles work. My own thoughts are
virtual particles are just as important as positrons. That they are so
intrinsic to the cosmos That they are its most dynamic structure, and
first energy of the micro realm of the cosmos. Virtual particles are the
biggest of all natures balancing acts. Bert
