Default sun-/moon rise time precision on Bresser weather stations

What about precision in the sun-/moon-rise times on the
Bresser extravaganta weather stations ?
Can you tell it your longitude and latitude, has it major Europe cities
or...
Any links to manuals/user guides for the Bresser products?
Regards.
Peter.
