I suppose N Korea could claim they didn't fuel the second stage or something. But what's great about the failure is if we'd announced we plan on shooting it down and missed, it would've been a disaster for us. But now everyone has to wonder if we did or not. Uncertainty, my hobby, is everything here. Where there's uncertainty people tend to assume the worst/best case. We increased our 'aura', while they lost theirs. And it seems now we should be able to complete our missile defense systems before they get their long range missile system working. - Ed Kyle |
