Something Wonderfull

I have a sound wav that is taken from the movie 2010 where Dave tells
HAL-9000 that Something Wonderfull is going to happen.

That is also what I'm saying now. I'll not tell the persons name, they did
say they are a long time lurker here on S.A.A., I'll not go into a lot of
detail, but I will say that the 15 months of time to buy my trailer is going
to be shaved down to less than 30 days.

To me the words of Thank You to this person just fails to express what I am
feeling at this time.

You know the old bumper sticker that says "**** Happens" will I should have
that plasted on my front door. Right now the deal is on hold.

I saw him out today with his mother standing there, and I told him I had the
$3,000 coming into my bank account for the trailer, HE then says," Oh it's
gone up, it's $4,000 now, inflection you know "

I told him right there that in front of others he quoted $3,000 cash and
anything else brakes the deal and that I will hold HIM to the cost of
replacing the two computers and the collectables that got trashed from the
leaky roof that HE FAILED to repair right and that until he does fix the
roof the right way with the Snow White covering, that I'll stay as a renter.
So I'll keep the money in the bank account but not touch it and if he still
trys to screw me, I'll return the money to the person, right now I'm totaly
****ed off. I'll give him until the 1st of the month before I file a
compalint with the state department that deals with mobil/trailer homes.

Thank you to the anonymous donor for helping a kindred spirit in a way some
others of us wish we could.

Good News, the price is back to the $3,000 he first said, HE doesn't want to
pay for the repairs this trailer needs nor to pay me for replacing the stuff
I lost due to the leaking roof.

I also belive he knew he had ticked me off in a major way, strange that a
full blown thunderhead was forming right over HIS trailer! (which is next
door to me).

Hey, not to rain on your parade (pun intended), but there's been a lot
of stories lately about trailer parks getting closed down to build
condos, retail, or other stuff. Are you sure he's not planning on
selling the park, leaving you owning a trailer that has no land? How
long is your lease?
