Default Saturn's rotation puts astronomers in a spin

HiC Very interesting how gas planets show their spinning rate. Kind of
tricky. I read that Saturn spin rate was 10 hr 13 minutes, and 59
seconds. I always felt astronomers were fudging with that 59
seconds, and should call it a minute. They were showing their stupidity
by trying to be so precise, when they were just guessing. They should
always use "about",for we are in reality "approximating" every thing
