Hi, all
I am an amateur astronomer from Split (Dalmatia, southern Croatia), and I'm preparing a review of amateur astronomy in SE Europe. This review is a part of bussines plan for Graduate program in astrophysics at the University of Split. For more about astrophysics in Split, see http://fizika.pmfst.hr I posted similar post here a year ago, but unfortunately didn't have time to complete the review. I want to thank Delyan Toshev (Sofia, Bulgaria) for sending me detailed info about AA in Bulgaria and Alekandar Zorkic on review od AA in Serbia. Since I need to concentrate on areas near Split, I'm most interested in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Unfortunatelly, looks like all activities in this area were stoped by the war in Bosnia. If anyone has any info on AA activities in Bosnia, please let me know! Regarding Montenegro, as much as I know, there are no AA clubs there. But, again, if someone has any info, e-mail or web address, please write me. I allready have some information on Serbian AA, but if You come from there, and want Your activities to be mentioned in the report, feel free to write me about it! The same goes for Bulgaria. There are few more countries that I would like to cover with this report, and these a * Slovenia * Hungary * Slovakia * Romania * Greece * Albania * Macedonia (FYROM) If anyone from theese countries want to have their activities mentioned in the report, please write me. Thanks in advance! Ante Perkovic Physocal Society - Split, Astronomical Section http://astro.fdst.hr (Astronomy pages in croatian) |
