Could be. I think Niederrheinische Verkehrsbetriebe AktienGesellschaft
is /most/ likely, however, with NATO Industrial Advisory Group,
National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (Ireland), NiAg
(Nickel-Silver alloy), and National Institute of Aeronautics - Georgia
also in the running.

I just found out that it is off for 2006. Too bad it was a nice starparty
at a nice campground. Hopefully it will happen again in the near future.

My information is once-or-twice removed, but it is my understanding
that there is a good-to-excellent chance of NIAGfest being reincarnated
in the near future.
