Default Challenging Yourself

My advice?

Stop doing it.

You don't need to be challenging yourself right now.
What you need to be doing is gently, very gently, Let your self do things.
Allow your self to notice your self.
Take notice of your self without being challenging, without judging.

This is the first step, the very first step to becoming an explorer.
When noticing your self, begin with the very basics -- breathing for
starters.
Don't challenge yourself by forcing yourself to breathe deeply.
Just Notice your self breathing normally.
If you want, Let your self breathe more deeply.
Allow your self to breathe out every breath completely.
If your mind wanders, don't force it back, just gently urge it back to focus
again on your self, on your breathing.

Gently begin to Allow yourself to explore your self.

And Enjoy your self !

Silouen

PS: It's really OK to enjoy yourself -- you don't have to be a child to
enjoy yourself, do you?
So go ahead -- Let yourself enjoy your self !
