Goodbye green laser beam lightray!
Us, to fight! T'would be more like an affray Polluting the skies, they said would not matter Us, sceptical? We never believed their patter Just to tell all the sky loving community that the fight to get rid of the laser beam over the skies of Milton Keynes, England is OFF. The CentMK management (shopping mall) having lodged a planning application at the Planning Office to operate the device in subsequent occasions (it could have been more than once per year) has now WITHDRAWN the application. It would have been considered by the Planning Committee this coming week The Planning Office has informed them that they must seek PRIOR consent if they want to revive the idea. The idea now seems a dead duck but let's remain vigilant as the CentMK might re-apply at a quiet time of the year and politely put two fingers at us if they catch us off-guard. Thanks to all those that were concerned enough to put their objection to the Planning Office. Pierre MK-UK |
