I haven't worked through any scientific papers for over 15 years, but
it seems to me like there are a lot of leaps in the work. With pdfs there is no need to save the trees. Is there a thesis with all the workings? Also there is no discussion of spatial turbulence. It all sounds a little like Star Trek meets the Philadelphia Experiment. |
