Default Our Expanding Universe, New explorations, more questions

This year scientists explored the tenth planet and named it Xena.
Surprisingly, with no time they explored a new moon for it. Months
later they explore 2 more moons orbiting Pluto besides Charon. Is this
really true? Did the scientists discover them? Or just a bunch of
misleading theories? This is only a few things from what I know. This
discussion is to collect more facts and try to analyse them, hoping
that more people would be interested :-).
