Default How long is ISS lifetime?

After seeing a comment that the modules are good to around 2015 it got
me wondering, what is its life expectancy?

Probably depends on whether they have any nasty accident as per Mir or not!

I'd imagine they have a long life really, as I understood the various bits
are replaceable.

Corrections welcomed, but Mir survived its accidents rather well. What
killed it was politics. Given that Zarya was launched in late 1998, ISS
will have to survive until 2013 or 2014 to outlive it.

But surely, if its not finished till 2010, then
to get a decent return, you would need it to at
least last till, say, 2020?

What return are we expecting from ISS?
