Default Nuclear War Alert - Starship officer activation protocol initiated == Darla Officers read immediately!

For almost 2 weeks now, I have been monitoring news that a nuclear option
has been ordered against Iran by the Bush administration, namely by Cheney
himself (who seems to be the true brains of the outfit) for any 'terrorist'
action in the US. This would be a reprisal attack which would be a staged
event carried out to provide a reason to 'take out' the next link in the
chain of oil field and political control. But really, with a source like
"Pravda" screaming a COUP is in the works in america right now, how
seriously should all this have been taken? Well, now the head of Fort
Monroe's Training and Doctrine Command, four star general Kevin P. Byrnes,
was fired Tuesday the reason being he is getting a divorce. yeah right.
Others are saying he is a true patriot, and tried to prevent the government
from carrying out this deadly mission so they sacked him with all loss of
his pension and military benefits even though he had announced his planned
retirement many months ago.

But now this story is beginning to appear everywhere. It also just broke on
the Art Bell Show.... hell, maybe it'll be on the 6 o'clock news tomorrow -
yeah, I know: wishful thinking.

The Northcom Nuclear Terrorist exercise is planned to begin tomorrow. So is
the nuclear war which is certainly going to happen if we Nuke Iran being
planned for Friday? Though the 4 Star general is fired, which is an
unprecedented move, the half of the military who supports him is still out
there. So this is a heads up. If war is declared, it will not go as easily
as Iraq did. The net will probably go down, so get some good games now while
you can. You may also want to keep spare parts for your computer in a
metallic, box grounded to protect them from EMP effects. Both China and
Russia are now on high alert, and would be instantly dragged into the fray
when the bombs go off in their back yards...

Captain Nightbat, perhaps it would be a good idea to apprise Darla, or Sil
if Darla is still too busy chasing the Andy-dromedans, of the current bleak
situation on this planet, as we all know what major environmental damage
will occur if there is a nuclear war... Perhaps Sil can pick us and our
families all up in your namesake spaceship the Nightbat, for some quick
Evacuation drills. At any rate, I sure wouldn't want to be in the
president's shoes once Darla gets here only to see the major mess his atomic
toys have caused...

Why us a nuclear option when a conventional strike would work just
fine?

Even an Israeli conventional strike might work just fine, and then Bush
could completely was his hands of responsibility!

Besides, who wants radioactive oil?

Sounds just like the sort of thing that could happen and wouldn't
surprise me at all if it did. Well done Greysky.

Asking all these questions only means you are sane, Double-A. Unfortunately,
the insanity levels are currently off the scale and if this story is true by
even 5%, even the insanity is insane... The only reason I can come up with
for radioactive oil is that it will make radioactive gasoline. Then the oil
companies can advertise thusly; "Put some of our atomic fuel in your tank
for a truly peppy drive..." With radioactive fuel it would be no lie to say
there is an Atomic Motor under your hood...
