CEV - working on that now?

Since the shuttle is on its way out, even if there are more flights,
how is work going on the CEV hardware? Shouldn't we be developing that
now? Is Lockheed the prime contractor for the new LM?

Ack. Looking back at the OP, I misread the question. The main CEV contract
will be awarded next year, but the lunar module will not be part of that
contract.
