Default How Many Good EMUs Left?

From a recent ISS Status Report:

"The 10/25 removal and replacement of the gas trap in EMU #3013 did not help
to re-establish proper coolant flow through the spacesuit. Of three
potential items causing the trouble, the gas trap is the only component that
could be replaced on orbit. EMU #3013 continues to be "No Go", and a new
plan must be developed."

So, how many EMUs are left? 2 (assuming 3013 is a spare)? 3?

And, I heard there were plans (probably to be scrapped) to do an EVA in
January or February. Can an EVA be done with only 2 crewmembers
onboard? Seems like you'd always want someone inside, but you also need
a "buddy" on EVAs...

I think there are three on board, possibly four.

EVA is nowadays always done in pairs. After the loss of Columbia, the then
three-man ISS crew successfully completed some tests to ensure that EMUs
could be donned without the assistance of a third crewmember - Orlan suits
have always had that capability. Any EVA would have both crew leave the
station. Unfortunately, this precludes the use of the SSRMS during the EVA.
