Bush moonbase will be at Peary crater, close to north pole?
Here is a report on a study:
http://edition.cnn.com/2005/TECH/spa...ase/index.html Should be close to water ice. This can then be used to make oxygen and hydrogen for a trip to Mars. (And a fill up in the lake there of cause ;-) ).
