Hmm.. the Void-Spacers might well be asking themselves, what
property/properties of their 'Nothing' could possibly be CAUSING a
change in the fine structure constant (and posibly c) over cosmological
time? oc

These are the same guys that made a similar claim a couple of years ago
which was subsequently debunked. They are now back with a claim for a
much smaller change to the fine structure constant. I wonder if it will
stand up this time?
