Default Surfin' Safari On Mars?

Looks like the Russians got to Mars before we did? Apparently, they have
already figured out how to thaw-out all that frozen water...

Here's the proof:

The mountain in the background appears to be a side view of the famous
'Martian Face'! There also seems to be some strange rock formations that
look like a city skyline far off to the right???
