Who will be the next man on the moon ??

Let's assume that Bush's strategy gives us a man on the moon in 2014.

It's impossible to say exactly who it will be, but in general terms,
where is that astronaut in the selection process or the program at
this time.

Put another way, who are the guys who are currently saying 'I could be
the guy to go back to the moon.......'??

The obvious follow on is the same question, but substitute 'Moon' with
'Mars'.
