Default Meade's optional QC assurance test

I didn't know they offered this. I came across it while
looking at info for the new ETXs.

We are also including a FREE PAT (Product Assurance Test), normally
priced at $69.00. This comprehensive telescope check is performed by
our own factory-trained telescope technician. You will receive a
report on your telescope, and enjoy the knowledge that it left our
warehouse in good working condition. Our exclusive PAT service is very
popular with our customers and we highly recommend it, but should you
chose to forego this offer, just check the proper option below.
