Default Weird question..


How much longer should shuttle be, if all the lox in shuttle main fuel tank
was carried by the shuttle itself, also, what kind of changes would be
needed
(ie second set of wings / modified wings) if it was possible at all. I
imagine
this monster would need solid state boosters 2..

Well, I'd say it could not be done with current material technology.

As it is a great deal of the fuel is used to just get the fuel off the
ground.
